  • Department: Office Administration & IT
  • Responsibilities :
    1. Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.).
    2. Providing maintenance and monitoring computer networks and systems, internet network and server used.
    3. Assisting in diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
    4. Testing and evaluating new technology (new hardware and/or software)
    5. Maintaining all existing websites and developing new websites.
    6. Installation & configuration of all computer hardware operating systems and applications, and appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
    7. Providing database and document security (encryption).
    8. Organizing and scheduling upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
    9. Maintaining records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
    10. Other duties as required.
  • Requirements:
    1. A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Information System/Computer Science and Engineering or other related fields.
    2. At least 2 years professional experience in the related area of information technology.
    3. Familiar with Javascript, HTML, CSS, CMS Open Source, Apache Server, Cpanel, etc.
    4. Able to operate database and website processing, information system and networking fields.
    5. A good knowledge of website systems and databases is a must.
    6. Strong integrity, responsible and able to operate in dynamic environment
    7. Highly-motivated individual with the ability to take the initiative and collaborate with the internal team.
    8. Excellent command of English and capacity in writing and communication skills.
    9. Have the ability to prioritize work and projects with attention to detail.

2. CREATIVE SOCIAL MEDIA & GRAPHIC DESIGN STAFF

  • Department: Event Promotion & Publication
  • Responsibilities:
    1. Developing creative social media strategies.
    2. Managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels and adapting content to suit different channels.
    3. Creating engaging multimedia content for social media and form key relationships across multiple platforms of publication.
    4. Managing and facilitating social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
    5. Monitoring, tracking, analysing and reporting on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
    6. Researching and evaluating the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
    7. Creating new design ideas as part of online and printed publication.
    8. Developing new media assets and designs for websites and social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Youtube).
    9. Having the ability to conceptualize design ideas according to the branding guidelines by management.
    10. Other duties as required.
  • Requirements:
    1. A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
    2. A minimum 2 years of experience working in graphic design is an advantage.
    3. A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms.
    4. Having knowledge and experience in operating photo editing and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel, Filmora, etc).
    5. Required skill(s): Graphic Design, Editing, Photo Retouching, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Photo Retouching skills is a plus.

3. EVENT STAFF

  • Department: Event Promotion & Publication
  •  Responsibilities:
    1. Developing, preparing and executing detailed events program (online, offline or inhouse).
    2. Seeking, approaching and organizing relevant parties (speakers, moderator, sponsors, partners, supporters, etc) and internal team for the event.
    3. Creating new ideas for the event.
    4. Ensuring the overall logistical and operational aspects of the event.
    5. Making an analysis report of the event for further improvement.
    6. Compiling and maintaining relevant parties and participants database and event publication archives including photos, videos and other materials of the event.
    7. Building and maintaining a good relationship with internal team and relevant parties from the event.
    8. Other duties as required.
  • Requirements
    1. minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Event/Business or other related fields.
    2. A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a related field. Previous experience holding virtual or hybrid events is an advantage.
    3. Proficiency using audio-visual technology.
    4. Able to write proposals and activity reports.
    5. Highly-motivated individual with the ability to take the initiative and collaborate with the internal team.
    6. Excellent command of English and capacity in writing and communication skills.

4. COMMUNICATION & PUBLICATION STAFF

  • Department: Event Promotion & Publication
  • Responsibilities:
    1. Developing, planning and implementing succinct communications (internal and external) of print and online publications based on the organization’s brand and activities.
    2. Writing, editing and distributing content, including publications, e-newsletter, press releases, website content, internal newsletter and other marketing material that communicates the organization’s activities.
    3. Compiling and maintaining digital media archives including photos, videos and other materials for publication
    4. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with media and maintain a media database.
    5. Maintaining records of media coverage and collate analytics.
    6. Building and maintaining a good relationship with internal team and external stakeholders
    7. Other duties as required.
  • Requirements
    1. A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Event/Communication/Journalism or other related fields.
    2. A minimum 2 years of experience working in communication and publication fields. Publication experience in a digital platform is an advantage.
    3. Proficiency using a design software tool, such as Adobe Photoshop or Corel, is an advantage.
    4. Proficiency in using social media platform and publishing software.
    5. Familiar in using a video editing applications, such as Premiere and After Effects, is an advantage.
    6. High-level writing, editing, and proofreading skills required
    7. Highly-motivated individual with the ability to take the initiative and collaborate with the internal team. Having a high creativity is an advantage
    8. Understanding basic knowledge of organizing WordPress website.
    9. Understanding how to create printed and digital publication materials
    10. Able to write press release, news articles, etc.
    11. Possess a basic knowledge on design concept to deliver a good media promotion.

5. HR & ADMIN SUPPORT STAFF

  • Department: Finance Accounting & HR
  • Responsibilities
    1. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    2. Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
    3. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
    4. Developing and implementing effective onboarding plans.
    5. Developing and coordinating training and development programs.
    6. Assisting in performance management processes.
    7. Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
    8. Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
    9. Resolving HR issues with various staffs.
    10. Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
      k. Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
    11. Producing and submitting all reports/documents related to HR.
    12. Providing administrative support for management.
    13. Up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
    14. Other duties as required.
  • Requirements
    1. A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
    2. At least 2 years professional experience in the related area of human resources.
    3. Proven experience as HR officer or other HR position.
    4. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
    5. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
    6. Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
