Haryanto
Haryanto was a former researcher at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC).
At PYC, he coordinates the process of publishing Indonesian Journal of Energy. I research, he is involved in various research topics, including but not limited to mini-LNG feasibility study, off-grid electrification and renewable energy development. He also has conducted research related to agricultural economics, environmental economics, water pollution, sustainability, and cost optimization. Prior to PYC, his passion in research led him to have an opportunity to do a joint research program about agricultural productivity at Kyoto University, Japan.
He has contributed writing his opinions subject to energy-related issues such as carbon policies to energy power generation and financing renewable energy development. He actively participated as a guest lecturer or a speaker in energy-related events.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading, watching movies, doing sports, and volunteering for the Indonesia Mengglobal Foundation.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science (minor in Economics) from Wageningen University and Research (WUR).
