REQUIREMENTS FOR BACHELOR STUDIES
General Requirements
- Indonesian Citizenship.
- Have completed high school (SMA)/vocational school (SMK)/Madrasah Aaliyah (MA) studies or diploma three (D3).
- Not currently registered in any ongoing bachelor or master program either at local or overseas universities.
- Not currently in the middle of registering, receiving, or has received scholarship(s) from other sources that will lead to double funding of the Dato’ Low Tuck Kwong scholarship.
- Participants of the Dato’ Low Tuck Kwong scholarship program must write at least 1 (one) journal publication uploaded via (https://ije-pyc.org/index.php/IJE) after graduating from UNITEN. Journals are written according to the criteria submitted by the Indonesian Journal of Energy (IJE).
Special Requirements
- Skilled in English, as evidenced by a certificate of English proficiency. (TOEFL-PBT/TOEFL-CBT/TOEFL-iBT/IELTS)
- Have an English proficiency minimum score as listed below:
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS):
- 5.0 of 9.0 for Engineering Studies
- 5.5 of 9.0 for Accounting Studies
- 6.0 of 9.0 for Computer Science/IT/Business Studies
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL-PBT):
- 500 of 677 for Engineering Studies
- 550 of 677 for Computer Science/IT/Accounting/Business Studies
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL-iBT):
- 42 of 120 for Engineering Studies
- 46 of 120 for Accounting Studies
- 60 of 120 for Computer Science/IT/Business Studies
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS):
- Hold a study permit from the company where you work (if already employed).
- Have a recommendation letter from the referee of high school (SMA)/vocational school (SMK)/Madrasah Aaliyah (MA) or previous university.
- Have an outline for a study plan.
REQUIREMENTS FOR MASTER STUDIES
General Requirements
- Indonesian Citizenship.
- Have completed diploma four (D4) degree or undergraduate degree (S1) level education.
- Not currently registered in any ongoing master or doctoral program either at local universities or overseas universities.
- Not currently in the middle of registering, receiving, or has received scholarship(s) from other sources that will lead to double funding of the Dato’ Low Tuck Kwong scholarship.
- Have a work experience of at least 1 (one) year.
- Participants of the Dato’ Low Tuck Kwong scholarship program must write at least 1 (one) journal publication uploaded via (https://ije-pyc.org/index.php/IJE) after graduating from UNITEN. Journals are written according to the criteria submitted by the Indonesian Journal of Energy (IJE).

- Have a minimum GPA of 3.75 on a scale of 4.00.
- Skilled in English, as evidenced by a certificate of English proficiency. (TOEFL-PBT/TOEFL-CBT/TOEFL-iBT/IELTS)

SCHOLARSHIP ADMISSION PROCESS
- REGISTRATION

- Prospective scholarship recipients need to fill in the registration form provided by PYC that contains identity, educational history, employment, along with documents, and chooses the available scholarship programs.
- Fill in the data completely according to the fields in the Registration Form.
- Upload the appropriate required documents.
- One person can only fill out the form once.
- VALIDATION
- The PYC team will review the files submitted by prospective scholarship recipients.
- Prospective scholarship recipients will receive an email announcing whether he or she has passed/not passed the administrative & file selection stage. Prospective scholarship recipients who met the requirements will be announced through the website, social media and personally by the committee.
- INTERVIEW
- Prospective scholarship recipients will receive an invitation email for an interview with the PYC Team.
- Prospective scholarship recipients will take an interview test with the PYC Team.
- FINAL ANNOUNCEMENT
- Prospective scholarship recipients will receive an email announcing whether he or she has successfully passed/not passed the interview selection stage.
- The announcement will be published through the PYC website and social media.

Setelah pengumuman berhasil lolos/tidak lolos sebagai penerima beasiswa, pihak PYC memberikan data penerima beasiswa kepada UNITEN untuk diproses lebih lanjut.
